Other things to note Please note we do not have air conditioning or central heat but we do have fans in every room and a wall and space heater. No parties are allowed in the house and quiet hours are observed in the neighborhood between 10pm and 8am. There is no smoking of any type allowed inside the house. We have a landscaper who takes care of the front and back yards every other Friday. If your stay includes a Friday there is a possibility they will need to access the yard for a short amount of time. Please make sure to bring your pet indoors if the landscapers need access to the yard. This is a Pet-friendly home, please consider this if you or someone in your group is allergic to animals. We love our fur babies but remember not all pets do well with travel. Let us know if you are considering bringing a pet and add them to the reservation when requesting the booking. Max 2 pets per stay. Pet fee applies(one time $50 fee). Please ensure your pets are not left alone if they are not used to traveling or being away from you. *Do not leave your dog alone in the yard when you leave the house.* If possible, bring a crate and/or pet bed for your fur baby and please clean up after your pets.
