Large Provo House

Our home fits the whole fam! Chef kitchen with 6 stools and 6 dining chairs. Spacious rooms, & beautiful office. Located within 10 minutes of both BYU & UVU. Beautiful 30 minute drive to Sundance with gear rental on the way. Boat ramp to Utah lake around the corner. We also have a flat driveway with a basketball hoop, and a playground with pickleball courts on our street. *This is our family home, not for partying. *Our pets live here normally, please bring allergy meds for severe allergies. The space Upstairs: Master Bedroom - King bed, double sink bathroom and walk-in dual head shower Bedroom 1 - Twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds 2nd full bathroom Laundry room Homeschool space/Loft Main floor: Mud room with lockers Chef kitchen with seating for all Dining room Family room with gas fireplace, TV 1/2 Bath Large office with french doors Downstairs: Play area Queen bed available if needed (please request if needed) Wide couch for extra sleeping space Guest access All rooms listed in space description *please note: all stays under 1 month will not have access to the master closet. There are 2 closets on the same floor that will be available for hanging clothes Other things to note Please note! We do have pets, although the house will be cleaned and the pets will not be at the home during your stay. However, if severe allergies exist, please bring allergy medication or do not book (we’ll be sad to miss you though)
