The house is close to the beach, harbor and large shopping mall. The center contains 65 stores, with both a large Bilka, several restaurants, and a large movie theater. 25 minutes to Roskilde, where you can experience Roskilde Cathedral and the popular Viking Ship Museum. Train/highway Copenhagen city center is only 24 minutes away. Close to the house is a nice lake and beautiful green area, playgrounds, football fields at the end of the road, etc. Nice child-friendly garden with soccer goal, playhouse, trampoline, sandbox. 2 terraces. The space The house has 3 rooms where you can sleep. Room 1) A bed, 90x200 cm that can be converted into a double bed 180x200 cm Room 2) One bed, 90x200 cm that can be converted into a double bed 180x200 cm Room 3) 2 double beds of 140x200 cm, which are put together to form a giant double bed 280x200 cm. As well as a junior bed. Guest access There is 1 room that will be locked. The room will be marked with a sign where there will be no access. Please respect this. Other things to note The neighboring town has 2 indoor playlands (Leos and Dinos playland, as well as trampoline and laser tag land) only 8 minutes drive from the house. You have access to a large part of the house, however, one of the rooms is completely private and will be locked. The house is fully refurbished and the neighborhood is cozy and friendly. There are usually 2 hamsters in the house that will come with us when the house is rented out.
