The house is close to beach, harbor and large shopping mall. The center contains 65 shops, with both a large Bilka, several restaurants, a large cinema. 25 minutes to Roskilde, where you can experience Roskilde Cathedral and the popular Viking Ship Museum. Train/motorway Copenhagen city center is only 24 minutes away. Close to the house is a nice lake and lovely green area, play areas, football fields at the end of the road, etc. Lovely child-friendly garden with soccer goal, playhouse, trampoline, sandbox. 2 terraces. The space The house has 3 rooms where you can sleep. Room 1) One bed, 90x200 cm that can be converted into a double bed 180x200 cm Room 2) One bed, 90x200 cm that can be converted into a double bed 180x200 cm Room 3) 2 double beds a 140x200 cm, which is put together into a huge double bed 280x200 cm. As well as a junior bed. Guest access There is 1 room which will be locked. The room will be marked with a sign where there will be no access. This must be respected please. Other things to note The neighboring town has 2 indoor playgrounds (Leo and Dino's playland, as well as trampoline and laser roof land) only 8 min drive from the house. You have access to a large part of the house, however, one of the rooms is completely private, and will be locked. The house is fully renovated and the neighborhood is cozy and friendly. There are usually 2 hamsters in the house, which will come with us when the house is rented out.
