Our hotel, rooms and bungalows have a rustic and authentic aesthetic by design. The property is 30+ years old and combines natural materials and finishes that reflect its vintage character. This is INTENTIONAL and part of the experience we offer. ROOM FLOORS: Vitropiso 30+ years old. They are COMPLETELY CLEAN AND well maintained. It is normal for them to present small crumbs or microflesures on the edges of pieces or discoloration over time, they are not dirt, they are not stains of food or beverages, it is wear and tear. This does not affect safety or functionality. ROOMS WITH TERRACE Y JARDINERA. The terraces are swept daily, however due to the wind and the coastal breeze the leaves can be shed at any time and sometimes in large quantities. That the room has on its terrace leaves does not constitute dirt and cannot be considered as a cause of cancellation. POOL AREA AND CLADDING: The coating is vitroaseo type Venetian. The aires have the capacity in its operation norml to keep a temperature of at least 24 degrees Celsius even in the hottest days, temperature that is considered standard in the hotel and that is sufficient for the great majority of people. If you require a lower temperature climate, we are probably not the right choice. If our rooms maintain a stable temperature of 24 degrees, cancellation or refund cannot be requested due to lack of cooling. We have thermometers to verify temperature. RUSTIC WOOD FINISHES: Around the pool area are rustic wood finishes natural that are decorative and part of the design. The wood is maintained natural to preserve the authentic character of the bungalows. They are not "unfinished" — it is the design philosophy of the property. CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT: Precisely because of the old characteristics of the building and our commitment to constant improvement, we have a maintenance crew that makes improvements to all the intalations. We try to minimize the inconvenience of working only from 10 am to 5 pm and maintain, as far as possible, materials and workers out of sight and/or contact with guests. Outside these schedules there is no type of work or repair.
