PLEASE NOTE: This is a hosted property, shared with myself and a friendly dog called Dyson. You will be renting a room/s in my shared property. This is not an entire house to yourself. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located accommodation, nestled between pubs and restaurants. Lots to see within a short drive: Swansea city - 7 miles Mumbles Pier - 9 miles Three Cliffs Bay - 9 miles Caswell Bay Beach - 11 miles Oxwich Bay Beach - 12 miles Rhossili Bay Beach - 19 miles The space The house, recently renovated to a high standard, features a clean and minimalist IKEA-style interior. The large double room with extra single bed is on 1st floor, overlooking the road. The private bathroom is down the hallway. Guest access The garden and entire house, bar the 2nd floor, is shared with guests. The private family bathroom on the 1st floor is solely for guest use. During your stay As a laid-back host, with a friendly dog, I enjoy meeting new people. I like to welcome guests to the property myself and then leave you to settle in and make yourself at home. I work from home, on the 2nd floor and will be available by message for any questions. I respect guest privacy and space. Other things to note Off road parking for 2 cars is accessed from the back of the house, via an unpaved back lane. Please note this unlit side road is extremely bumpy. Private spaces include the room/s booked and a dedicated, family size bathroom with shower and bath. Shared spaces include the garden, lounge, dining area, kitchen and downstairs shower bathroom.
