The space This property is perched above Brewer Lake facing west, ensuring amazing sunsets all year long. The layout includes an open concept living room-kitchen space. Step out of the living room onto your private balcony that overlooks Brewer Lake and beyond. There is one large bedroom and one very spacious bathroom, including a double vanity and bathtub/shower. High-speed Wi-Fi available in and around the property. Dock is seasonal. Guest access Guests may use the entire house, excluding the garage. Guests will have access to several amenities, including our private dock, water toys, fishing gear, two firepits, a jungle gym, and a chicken coop if you want to visit our small flock! Other things to note Property shares a driveway with our home. The dock is seasonal, it must be removed in the fall. We get it back in the water as early as we can in the spring!
