Groovy Green! Why groovy? Why green? Groovy=Pleasant, is the word that accurately describes the atmosphere of the space. Green, the emotions created by this color are peace and tranquility. Each space is a color triplet with a different protagonist. Location? The best! The house is located one minute away from the main pedestrian street, supermarket, 24hr kiosk and parking, cafes, restaurants, internet cafe, nightlife and ATM. The space The house was built in the 1960s. On this occasion, we created a retro space whose aesthetics are an experience of reviving the past in the present. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It was renovated in 2024, is spacious and was designed to accommodate 1 to 4 guests. It has a private bedroom with a double bed, a five-seater corner sofa & an armchair that can be converted into a single bed in the living room and finally a sofa that converts into a double bed in the office area. The building does NOT have an elevator. Guest access For the most comfortable and familiar stay possible, you can use all the electrical appliances in the area.
