The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils and all appliances (oven/range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle) and more. Plan on spending some hot days on the beach? Just pack your swimsuit and beach towel! We have provided a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella. When you get home covered in salt & sand, enjoy the luxury of rinsing off in the outdoor shower!! This is a perfect place for a family or perhaps you want to spend time with your bestie: 3 BRs & 2 FBs offer plenty of privacy and options. Just prior to your arrival, you will receive instructions for keyless entry. I will be available by text to answer any questions during your stay. I can pop over, if there is anything you need, otherwise, you will be left alone to enjoy your week of rest and relaxation. Black Point Beach is a small neighborhood in Niantic. From the house, you can walk to 3 different beaches, a local market (serving light meals) and necessary things such as floaties and fishing line. There are tennis courts, swings, basketball and bocci courts. A long walk (2 miles) or a short ride will get you to DOWNTOWN Niantic. We have a famous BOARDWALK, CHILDREN'S MUSEUM and MOVIE THEATER. The downtown area also offers plenty of dining options from fried seafood at Dad's & Skippers, to upscale plated portions at Lillian's Cafe, Dev's on Main & Black Sheep (Irish Pub). You'll find interesting shops to take home something special: Grace, Azalea & Olde Red Saltbox. What's new in Niantic??? Glad you asked! SIFT the bakery in Mystic and Watch Hill is expecting to open the doors in Niantic sometime in July!! Niantic has also added Grota Solna - a salt cave of Niantic (check out their website).
