The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy. The space When you enter the studio you may first see the build-in wardrobe which offers a lot of space for your coat and shoes. This is when you realise that there is much more to this studio because you have a first peek into the open room area with the dining area and the sun room. When you step into the room, the kitchen and its counter is on your left. The touch and feel of the kitchen materials are unique by itself and creates a nice warm feeling. Then you may also see the kitchen island which is used also as the main dining room area. You then also see the couch nicely put within the living room space with the TV, warm lighting and some plants. The highlight of this area is the unique picture from „Schloss Neuschwanstein“. To get into the sun room you have to open the door and based on the time of the year, it may be warm in there or a little colder since there is not heating in that area. But don’t worry, the overall floor heating will help to warm up that space quickly. From this spot you also may have spotted already the bedroom area with the cozy arrangement of lots and lots of pillows and a book shelf with separate lighting spots for each person. Final room is the bathroom. Very modern and with the same materials that you found before, I am sure you are going to enjoy the time you spent in there. Guest access Guests have access to all the areas of the studio. In addition there are washer and dryer for this unit placed in the basement that can be used. Other things to note There is enough parking that can be used on the opposite site of the road. Walking to the next train station is only 2 min by foot. Also walking to grocery shops (yes, there is more than 1) or to the city Center is done within a 10 minutes maximum distance.
