'Kozy Krib' - So cozy!

Enjoy a peaceful experience at this cozy, centrally-located place. Kozy Krib is a stunning one-bedroom condo exquisitely & professionally decorated to the highest standard, featuring luxurious finishes, modern amenities, and an elegant, sophisticated ambiance. The space 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, an open kitchen leading into a dining area and living room with lots of sunlight. Living room has a 77-inch smart TV. Situated in downtown Silver Spring; walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theatres, Silver Spring Metro station and minutes to the nation's capital and a string of places of interest. Other things to note There are throws or small blankets at your disposal. For hygienic purposes, and to keep sofa (fabric) from stains, please cover sofa before use. To use as sofa bed, please use waterproof bedsheets and blankets provided. All are stored in storage ottoman in front of sofa bed. Throws are washed and sanitized after each reservation. Available are some beverages, bottled water, cookies, etc., upon check-in. Also available are paper products, dish detergents, toiletries. There is a paid secure multi-storey parking garage two buildings away from Kozy Kabin for your peace of mind. The charge for parking in that facility is only $1.25 per hour and free all day on Sundays. Downtown Silver Spring (few minutes walk from Kozy Krib) offers live music at The Fillmore, indie films at AFI Silver Theatre, diverse dining, shopping at Ellsworth Place, and community events at Veterans Plaza.
