The Colombière Manor offers an apartment and pool

The air-conditioned apartment, classified 4 stars furnished tourist , is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion within a wooded park of 7000m2. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access to the park and the private heated swimming pool is possible, as well as to the outdoor facilities (games, kitchen, BBQ, pétanque, deck chairs, etc.) Bike rides are possible (see other information ) The space The accommodation is located in Férin, a town of 1,500 inhabitants south of Douai (5 km). In the village, less than 200 m away, you will find some essential shops: Pharmacy, pizzeria, hairdresser, bar, brasserie, general food. The geographical location is ideal: - 5 minutes from the shopping center (supermarket, restaurants, 50 shops). - 10 minutes from Douai. - 25 minutes from Lens, Arras, Cambrai, Valenciennes. - 30 minutes from the Lille metropolis. - 90 minutes from Brussels or Paris. Douai is served by a TGV station and you can, from Ferin, benefit from free public transport throughout the Douai area. Guest access Guests will be welcomed directly by Jean Luc. The entrance is shared with that of the host. A key and a gate opener will be given to guests. This will allow them to come and go freely. Other things to note *The private pool, open from May 15 to September 30, is available for your use from 9 AM to 10 PM. The nightly price includes the use of the pool. **Breakfast, priced at €9 per person , can be served in the apartment or by the pool from 7am to 10am It features: Bun, croissant, baguette, cereal. Butter, jam, Nutella. Coffee , Tea & Chocolate , Milk , orange juice. ***Bike rides are possible. Children's and adults' bikes are available (see photo in the outdoor section) with helmets and fluorescent vests for children and adults.
