Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire unit and all common areas in the Neapolitan Club, including onsite parking, a heated swimming pool and bike rack. 30 day minimum stay. Other things to note The minimum stay in our unit is 30 days which ensures quiet surroundings at the Neapolitan Club, but walkable to restaurants and bars for music & nightlife and the beach! Approval from our condominium association is required to be sought at least 20 days in advance by the host and the guest is required to complete forms for submission. Guest Social Security number, driver’s license number and related information are supplied for the condominium association approval process. Host (not guest) is responsible for paying all fees to Association. No pets or smoking permitted during guest's stay.
