The cozy 2-bedroom apartment is a 5-minute walk from the market, shops, restaurants & public transport. On the 2nd floor with an elevator, intercom, and electric gate, it offers comfort and security. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and the apartment is fully equipped for medium- to long-term stays, with a second bathroom and basic cleaning service twice a week. Not suitable for young children unless minimal time is spent indoors.
