Riverwatch Retreat

The name speaks for itself you can sit on the porch or in the house and watch the mighty barges go up and down the Ohio River. Very peaceful area with plenty of room for children to play in a very low traffic area. If you are looking for city life it isn't here, its in a very peaceful setting and area. There is a fan in each bed room and a touch off/on lamp with charging ports . Boat access to the river is just around the corner, or just walk down to the river and explore or go fishing. The space This home is located about 200 yards from the Ohio River with excellent views of the water and of the large barges that work on that River. There is also a boat launch just around the bend if you bring up a boat and want to put it in the river and do some fishing. There is a very good way to walk from the house to the river by using some sidewalk and some asphalt which is a very low traffic area. Guest access The full yard is available for grilling sitting out in a chair. I may be able to have one side of the garage available as my neighbor uses it also for equipment storage to help maintain the property. Other things to note The home is located about 20 minutes from Paducah 10 minutes from Metropolis and it is about 10 minutes from mermet Springs which is a certified scuba diving training area.
