Skurwejantjie

Walking distance from tidal pool, (700m), relax in this stylish, quiet place with a lovely garden. The space Skurwejantjie is a warm, cozy little house only 700m from the sea. I am a pensioner that share my house with my cat Spokie. Most of the time I spend on the second floor while part of the ground floor is available as a guest house with a small kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also two extra beds for children in the living area. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is equipped with a magnetic one plate stove, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a bath/shower. There is also a piano in the one living area / children’s room. Skurwejantjie is in a quiet street away from the noise of traffic. It has a lovely garden with big milkwood trees and a rock garden. Parking place is enough in the fully fenced yard. There is an outside table and chairs and a small weber braai. Guest access The guests have exclusive use of part of the ground floor. There is a roller blind that splits the guest area with the rest of the ground floor. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of my guests, as well as 2 bedrooms and small kitchen. The unit has its own outside door to the garden. Other things to note My cat will stay behind if I am going away. I will leave her food on the second floor but might have to ask friends to feed her if he guest house is rented out for a couple of days. The guesthouse is one half of the ground floor. It is separated from the rest of the ground floor with a blind. For more private the guests can just keep the kitchen door closed. Nobody is living on the ground floor. The owner lives on the second floor.
