The space Nestled in a family friendly neighborhood one block up from Pioneer Avenue, you’ll be just minutes from shops, restaurants, art galleries, Bishop’s Beach, and Karen Hornaday Park. The upstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a BBQ on the porch, dining table, sitting area, full bathroom, bedroom with king size bed and smart TV, and bedroom with double bed. Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy family room with a comfortable sectional couch, large smart TV, playroom for the kiddos, full bathroom, separate laundry room with new full size washer/dryer, bedroom with queen size bed, and bedroom with twin bunk beds. A high-end queen size blowup mattress is also available and fits nicely in the play area. Guest access Guests have access to all living spaces, including washer/dryer. Enjoy an array of boardgames, plenty of books, lots of toys for the kids, and local artwork. Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Keypad entry. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note There are often sandhill cranes, moose, and occasionally black bears in the neighborhood, despite being in town. Please be mindful, respect the wildlife, and don’t clean fish or leave fish carcasses outside. Our friendly neighbors will thank you!
