The space The 78 m² apartment (including 66 m² at your disposal) is on the second floor of a small three-story residence (no elevator) with 10 apartments. Guest access You will enjoy a large living room with workspace, an open kitchen with dining area, two double bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony with a magnificent view of nature. Guests have the option to store bicycles and strollers in the building basement. Provide locks for bicycles. Strollers are safe. Other things to note The apartment is non-smoking, enjoy the fresh air on the balcony for your little cigarette breaks. The residence is quiet and inhabited year-round by a majority of owners. Please take off your shoes at the entrance and respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. I highly recommend the Bar-Restaurant la Tanière in the Nordic center of Agy. At the end of the road, you can enjoy the calm of the location. Your children will be able to enjoy large spaces without cars. Starting from beautiful easy hiking walks where you can be accompanied by your pet.
