These are 3 private bedrooms in the home with a shared bathroom reserved for the 3 bedrooms (toilet in the bathroom). These rooms are on the first floor of the house. The house is 10 minutes from the city center where you will find many restaurants in Vieux-Tours. This promises you a nice walk across the Loire. The house is a 30-minute walk from Tours train station and 2 minutes from Place Choiseul tram stop. The space I can add an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is accessible, possibility to use its equipment (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle). You have access to a spacious courtyard, with a table, chairs, 2 deck chairs (for working, eating, relaxing), a mini trampoline, a barbecue. This space is nice for spending friendly moments. You have the option to leave your bikes and motorcycles in the yard. Guest access You can access the kitchen to heat a dish or use the fridge for example. You also have access to the outdoor space. During your stay I am contactable via the site, by email, by phone. I am present in the house. I remain available during your stay should you have any additional requests. Other things to note This room is located in a homestay. We are in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, close to the Loire by bike. You have paid parking spaces right in front of the house or free parking spaces a 5-minute walk from the house. You can leave your belongings (suitcases) before returning to park in the streets next door.
