Garden includes outdoor furniture for lounging and dining, a playset with a slide and two swings, and an 8ft trampoline. Double garage available for bike storage upon request. Ground Floor: Private entrance with an entrance hall with ample space for shoes and coats. Large kitchen and dining room with all equipment and utensils for self catering needs. Sunroom that can be used as a playroom or additional TV room. (Sofa bed available on request). Utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Spacious living room with a 75-inch TV and surround sound. Convenient downstairs loo. First Floor Accommodation: Master Bedroom: Features a super king bed (airbnb only gives the option of a 'queen size' for listing purposes) and a TV, with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 1: King bed with space for an additional children's bed or cot (arrangement needed prior to stay). Bedroom 2: Children's room with two mid-sleeper beds (170cm long). Additional travel beds available for under each bed to accommodate up to 4 children (prior arrangement needed). Bedroom 3: King bed OR Single depending on requirement. Family Bathroom: Includes a loo, sink, and Jacuzzi-style bath and plenty of storage. Shower Room: Equipped with a loo, sink, and shower. Study: Fitted desk ideal for home working. Other things to note Our neighbours have a very friendly cockapoo dog who occasionally uses the driveway to exercise. He is friendly and may want to greet you but does not access the house or private garden. The driveway is behind an electric gate and there will be two key fobs available for your stay.
