Fully equipped apartment (45m2) and private wi-fi next to Cala del Pi as well as other coves and beaches of great beauty (Platja Rovira, Cala Belladona, Cap Roig, etc.) all of them accessible on foot in a few minutes from the apartment. The residence has swimming pools and a garden area in a very beautiful and quiet environment, ideal for families and couples. The town center, promenade and large beach are less than a 15-minute walk away. The space This is an apartment with one bedroom (with capacity for 4 people), a full bathroom, a living room (with a sofa bed and TV), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the kitchenware). It also has a nice 8 m2 terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the pool. Guest access The pool can be used within the residence's established hours. Usually from 10 am to 10 pm. The pool usually opens in May and closes towards the end of September. The exact dates depend on the weather. There are hammocks and umbrellas that can be used freely and free of charge. The community barbecue cannot be used in July and August. Other things to note The apartment is delivered clean and conditioned. It is up to the guest to leave it in the same condition upon departure. Otherwise, €50 will be deducted from the security deposit. The tourist tax is €1 per adult per night. Payable in cash on arrival. The deposit is €200 and is paid upon arrival, in cash. It is returned within 48 hours of departure by bank transfer. The reservation holder must be at least 24 years of age. Must be one of the guests. Booking on behalf of others is not allowed. No more people than those identified in the reservation are allowed, nor the possession of animals of any kind. The residence does not have private parking. You can park on the same street as the residence, or other adjacent ones, for free and safely. Parking is easy most of the year. In July and August, especially on weekends and during beach hours, it is more complicated. Linens and towels are not included. They can be lent to you. In that case, a fee of €15 per kit per stay is charged. The kit includes mattress cover, bottom sheet, sheet, pillowcase, large bath towel and hand towel.
