Caravan 3 is a spacious, light and airy caravan. It is fully equipped and has proved very popular with both long and short term renters. It has all you need for a restful break. The space Caravan 3 has 2 bedrooms, (1 double & 2 single beds) with fresh, clean bedding and towels, you can be sure to be comfortable whether you are 1 or 4 people. A spacious living room with separate eating space and fast internet. A complete shower room and a well equipped kitchen, including an air fryer and for the coffee addicts, a cafetierre. Helen and Steve are our live-in caretakers and are on hand should you require any help, maintenance or advice during your stay. Helen also offers additional cleaning and laundry services at an additional cost, details of which can be found in the caravan. Free on-site car parking is available. There is room for all as long as we all park considerately. Charging electric cars-Sorry at the moment charging of electric cars on Four Aces is not permitted as our insurance will not cover any accidents during the charging process. Nearest charging point for electric cars is Rye Harbour. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away with direct routes into Hastings & Rye. The buses are frequent, every half an hour from 7:30am - 9:30pm. If you like to stay out later there is a reliable taxi service called 247. Guest access One of seven caravans on a private site. The site is quiet and secluded. Caravan 3 is all yours during your stay. Other things to note Car Park - we have a small car park on site. Please park considerately, allowing as many cars to park as possible. We understand the importance of having a car close by, for loading/ unloading and days out. With this is mind we kindly ask, in peak holiday times, if you have more than one car, please park one car off site allowing everyone the opportunity to have one car close by. Long staying guests, over two weeks - please make contact with me regarding the bed linen and towels as these are not provided for long stay guests. Thank you.
