Tafarn y Waen is a former inn dating from 1813 that has been renovated to provide a comfortable family home and a retreat for those wishing to be conveniently located for all that North Wales offers including Snowdonia, the seaside towns of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Denbigh is 15 minutes, Ruthin and Chester are only 30 minutes drive. The space One of three rooms available at Tafarn y Waen, The Garden Suite is unique in offering a private garden with dining furniture and, subject to availability and an extra charge of £40 per use, a wood fired Hot Tub. Also subject to availability and additional charge, Tafarn y Waen offers guests the opportunity to have breakfast in their room. We offer a selection of breakfasts that include pastries, granola, fruit filled crepes and eggs with smoked salmon. Breakfast can be arranged directly with the hosts.
