The space The apartment is located on the second level accessible by stairs only. The hallway opens to a spacious lounge room with a great couch and wall mounted TV (kayo, Netflix, Stan, etc) with dining area and access to the balcony. A retro kitchen with original funky tiling with all amenities that you could need, including; gas stove, small electric oven, airfryer and coffee machine. Includes a master bedroom with private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized koala sofa bed or study. Seperate toilet and second bathroom with bathtub and shower. Private laundry with washing machine is also available for you to use if required. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to use. You have secure entry to the apartment with intercom. You will also have access to the back of the apartment block if you wish to hang anything on the two clothes line out the back. There is all day street parking out the front. Other things to note We are directly opposite the beautiful St Kilda botanical gardens, so make sure you take a leisurely 7 minute stroll through here to access St Kilda’s famous Acland Street!
