Camacho, the wallstreet of La Paz is just a 5 minute walk. Jaen Street, the colonial street where all the historic musuems is a 10 minute walk away. Sagarnaga and the Witches Market is also very close by, 15 minute walk max! Sopocachi, the old residential area is not too far away. 20 - 30 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride cost about 12 bolivianos which is under 2$.
