Located on the corner of Kenai Spur Hwy and Main Street, our property proudly houses Little Alaskan Boutique, Kenai Freight Forwarders, Chloe Made, C•Ink Tattoo Studio and Forget Me Knot Massage. We have empty storefront space as well. We invite you to visit these businesses on site and reach out to them for services. Please note that this is a second floor unit that is accessible by 11 stairs on the outside of the commercial property (please see photos for parking and entry details) Please read the HOUSE RULES thoroughly as they contain specific requirements of an Alaska property that you may not otherwise consider. We are excited to host your stay and invite you to take a closer look at all the restaurants, parks, adventure opportunities and local shopping options that are within easy walking distance from our apartment. You are a quick walk to the park on the bluff! This building was constructed in 1968 and the apartment is recently refreshed. The exterior of our building is slated for improvements through 2025 and 2026. •Stays longer than 14 days will require a conversation and possibly contract additions. We are absolutely open to considering longer term stays for the right guest. Guest access Guests will park in the designated parking spot and walk up 11 steps to the front door of “A Suite” (see photographs). Please note that this is a second floor/walk up unit that is accessible by 11 stairs that run along side the outside of the commercial property (please see photos for parking and entry details). The apartment is on the second/top floor. You will receive a private code to enter into the door lock. If you require additional parking for trailers or RV or boat or additional work vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate. We do have plenty of parking space and will just need to make arrangements. Other things to note Please note: This is not an easily accessible apartment for someone with limited mobility. Since our unit is part of a larger commercial space, and there is no yard, animals and smoking are not allowed on our property. Also note: If you are sensitive to light, during the Spring and Summer months, you may want to consider a Sleep/eye mask. Our property has skylights and blocking 100% of daylight is very difficult. If you aren’t acclimated to a 24/7 daylight environment, an eye mask may be helpful.
