Charming House with view over the Ria Formosa

Santa Luzia is a charming fishing village located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, preserving its fishing traditions and typical Algarve architecture. The village offers access to stunning beaches, such as Praia da Terra Estreita (ferry at 100 meters) and Praia do Barril (a 20-minute walk). The space We offer a comfortable accommodation in the center of the village, with a magnificent view of the Ria, decorated to remind you of the village's traditions. The house has three floors with generous spaces and has recently been renovated to provide maximum comfort. The ground floor is a tribute to the village's life in the mid-20th century, featuring a small photographic exhibition about tuna fishing and its people. It comprises a spacious living room and a dining area for up to 8 people. There is a TV and a double sofa bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster, along with a guest WC. The first floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the other with a king-size double bed. The second floor offers a bathroom with washing machine, a living room with A/C an TV, and a kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchenette leads to a terrace with panoramic views over the Ria Formosa and ocean. Here, you'll find a large dining table and generous outdoor sofas for relaxation. There's also an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. During July and August, we rent the house by the week, minimum of 5 days, with check-in on Saturday or Sunday. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules during your stay: - The house occupancy is as defined. - Both kitchens are fully equipped, so please avoid taking dishes from one to the other. - After using the Stand Up Paddle, rinse it with water using the terrace hose. -By law, it is prohibited to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am, respecting the neighbors' rest. - Smoking indoors is prohibited, but you may do so on the terrace using the provided ashtrays. - Pets are not allowed. - Please turn off air conditioners, lights, and electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the house. - Please do not waste water - it is a scarce resource in the Algarve. - Charging electric cars on the premises is not permitted. - We kindly ask you to leave the house tidy during check-out, without trash or waste, including running the dishwasher without dirty dishes.
