Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Pets welcome inside up to 25 lbs. Owners nearby to assist if needed. The space Plenty of room for 6 guests. We are close to many outdoor activities in the area at a reasonable price. Why stay in a hotel when you can have the whole house and yard to yourself to relax and enjoy? We will furnish your firewood for the firepit if you're interested in sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings! Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for owner's supply closet in the hall. No access to the unfinished basement or detached garage. Other things to note This home was built in the 1970's and the kitchen has not been remodeled, but all appliances work and it is a nice, clean place to stay. Since central heat & air have been installed, the thermostats in each room do not work. The main thermostat is in the hall next to the livingroom. PLEASE NOTE - We are in the process of leveling the backyard so you have much more usable space to enjoy in 2025. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it will be worth it in the end!
