Inside, relax in a huge living room with electric fireplace, smart TV and devices, renovated kitchen and baths, plus a sunroom/office with stunning views and an extra-large driveway. The space Nestled less than a mile off the I-64 exit, our home is perfectly situated just 10 minutes east of historic downtown Corydon, 10 minutes west of New Albany, and less than 20 minutes from Louisville, KY. Enjoy easy access to the best restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, and local events in Southern Indiana and Louisville. Despite the convenience, you'll find plenty of privacy with trees surrounding most of the property, a spacious backyard for relaxing or grilling, and a fully stocked pond for fishing. Our cozy home features modern amenities and design, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating six guests. An additional blowup mattress is available in the closet, allowing for up to eight guests if needed. We also have a comfortable futon available that can serve as either an additional couch or bed. This futon is located in the same room as the extra TV, making it a perfect spot for younger guests to have their own space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining room accommodates seating for up to six guests. For your convenience, the front door has a coded lock for keyless entry, and the extra-large driveway can accommodate up to four cars, providing ample parking space. Guests are welcome to use all our full-size appliances and enjoy complimentary coffee. In the bathroom, you'll find soap, shampoo, and conditioner. ✨ Outdoor Highlights • In addition to the pond, guests can gather around our large gravel firepit, featuring a premium Yukon Solo Stove and Adirondack chairs—perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. The firepit area is spacious enough to set up cornhole or other outdoor games, making it a versatile spot for both relaxation and fun. • Enjoy a large concrete pad with outdoor furniture and a bar-height polywood table that seats four. Note: some furniture will likely be stored away in the winter months. • Our large, fully stocked pond is a centerpiece of the property. It’s perfect for catch-and-release fishing, with bass, bluegill, and catfish providing plenty of action for anglers of all ages. • The pond also offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, sunset views, or simply unwinding by the water. • Fishing poles are available upon request, and the pond is surrounded by open space for picnics, lawn games, or just enjoying the natural scenery. 🎲 Indoor Highlights • Games, including a checker board, are available for family fun or a quiet night in. • Two smart TVs: one in the living room and another in a guest room. • YouTubeTV is provided, and guests are welcome to log into their own streaming accounts on the smart TVs. • Alexa is available to command smart devices such as lights or music, with a surround sound system for an immersive experience. Please note: Alexa will be set to “mute” upon your arrival and will need to be “unmuted” to work properly. • A modern electric fireplace helps set the mood and creates a cozy experience. • The sunroom offers amazing views and is furnished with a desk for a workstation and a large leather chair—perfect for reading in the mornings or evenings. It is equipped with a mini split for heating and cooling, but please note that extreme temperatures can make the room less usable during certain parts of the year. 🍽️ Prefer a night in? No problem—DoorDash delivers right to the house, so you can enjoy local flavors without leaving the comfort of home. You will be given an access code customized for you specifically for entry.
