Fully working open concept kitchen, dining room & living room w/ fireplace /hanging chair/ live plants/ salt lamps & workout area. Bathroom is shared. Owner occupied master bedroom & two airbnb single rooms. No 3rd party rsvp. 2 indoor cats reside here as well as a Monk Quaker Parrot (yes Buddy talks). Close to Rt. 93 & Rt. 3. 8 min. to Nashua, 30 mins Manchester, 45 mins to Boston. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, living room, workout space w/ cross trainer/ bike/ vibration plate/ hand weights/ wrap around deck w/ outside seating areas (gorgeous sunsets!), shared bathroom w/ max of 2 other adults. During your stay Can always reach me via Airbnb app. Other things to note ALLEGIES? TWO CATS & A BIRD LIVE HERE. Whiskers is quite friendly- she fetches. Blade you may never see. Buddy bird will announce your arrival & may talk to you. He likes to be called "pretty bird". All are indoor. My home is a 2 family w/ permanent residents on far side & 3 bedrooms on Airbnb side. They have a dog Finn you may see in backyard or hear on occasion. No 3rd party booking. Reservations made for others will not be honored.
