The space This spacious brand new house spans nearly 150 square meter and is located in a very secluded and peaceful neighbourhood in Prague. You'll love our place because of the ample natural light and the cozy vibe that it brings. The open living room connected with kitchen and dining area makes it ideal for families or big groups. You can relax on the sofa, watching your favourite shows on Youtube or Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials you need for cooking. The gourmet kitchen flows into an inviting dining area that looks out on our little backyard, where you can spend the time being out in the nature. On the first floor we also have a powder room and a hallway at the entrance with two huge closet designed to store shoes and outdoor jackets. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, where you can also find two bathrooms and the laundry room. Guest access You can reach to our house by: - Car (private garage, if needed we can arrange up to three free parking spots right in front of the house) - Bus no 195, 201, 158, the closest bus station is Staré Letňany (5 min walk) Other things to note It takes around 25 minutes to drive by car to get to the city center and about 35 - 40 minutes by public transport. The closest bus stop is just 5 minutes walk away from the house. Ideal for exhibition and concert lovers. PVA EXPO Praha Letňany - the biggest exhibition hall in Prague and Letňany Airport, nowadays used for hosting concerts, can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. O2 Arena, the most famous concert hall in Czech Republic, is 13 minutes drive away.
