Agriturismo Fiorenire is located among the Piceno hills in a gentle and very varied landscape. The same family has been cultivating this farm which takes its name from the owners' family for centuries. In fact, Fiorenire refers to the black lily of Siena, the city from which the ancestors came in the 16th century. The space Casa vacanza Secondina is a structure, autonomous and independent, located in the center of the farmhouse. It consists of a ground floor with kitchen, large living room with LED TV and ample space for recreation, and an upper floor where there are 5 neighboring rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, free-wifi and LED TV. Outside there is an area where it is possible to taste the company's products or simply spend pleasant and relaxing moments in the company of classic and pleasant rural sounds. Ideal for groups. Guest access The house overlooks the park with a children's play area, barbecue area and large green spaces. The swimming pool is always open, and has a small section with reduced depth. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are available to guests. The swimming pool is not exclusive but is shared with the other guests of the farmhouse. Parking is free for all guests as is Wi-Fi in all areas. Other things to note The Fiorenire farmhouse is located on the road between Offida and Castignano, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, at 400 meters above sea level. Looking north you can see some villages perched on the hills and the colors of the countryside. Towards the south the Apennines with the distant peaks of Gran Sasso and Maiella and the closer gullies, typical formations of bluish clay with vegetation of broom and tamarisk, and in the distance also the sea. The property is 25 km from San Benedetto del Tronto, 30 km from Ascoli Piceno, 71 km from Abruzzo Airport and 110 km from Ancona-Falconara Airport. The Adriatic Sea, the Sibillini mountains, the medieval villages of Acquaviva Picena, Ripatransone, Montalto delle Marche, Offida, Castignano and ancient Ascoli are easily reachable.
