Pepe Apartment: peace and relaxation

The Pepe apartment is located within the Giganti Verdi organic farm, in the Maremma countryside of the municipality of Orbetello (Gr), just 6 km from the sea. We wanted to choose organic building materials such as lime paint and bamboo parquet for total respect for the environment. The Pepe is complete with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, country-style furnishings, carefully chosen to make you find the comfort of a cozy home, or at least we try! The space The Pepe apartment is a two-room apartment complete with a kitchen equipped with induction stoves, dishwasher and fridge, utensils, kettle, moka coffee maker, and toaster. Living room furnished with original 1970s bamboo sofa, solid wood furniture. The floor is made of solid bamboo throughout the apartment. Air conditioning available in summer and heating in winter. The bedroom is furnished with a standard-sized double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and shower! Guest access A private patio is available for guests in addition to the garden in front of the apartments. On the property, you can walk among the orchards from which we produce fruit jams! A common pergola is available on the property, in which two kiwi plants are supported. Here you can dine using the tuff barbecue right behind the pergola, or simply enjoy the sunset.
