Minimum stay of three-month commitment, prefer longer. 6-12 month stay the monthly price is $3,700/month or $125/night. Private entrance, working desk/office area, fully furnished, and quiet space. All pots, pans, linens, dishes, 55" TV (you supply your own streaming service), utilities, and internet included. All major appliances plus dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. Quiet home in an upscale neighborhood. Every renter has been pleased. References available. This is a fully furnished corporate apartment (with a private entrance) in part of my large residential home. I do not interact with my guest unless I am in need to respond to a question or concern. I want to allow your privacy in my home. I am friendly but allow you to determine what interaction if any, you want with me. It has worked great for my guests. All great experiences for everyone to date. If you need anything, I live close by and will assist in any way possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I do not interfere but respond immediately to your needs. Great residential neighborhood with parking right outside your private entrance. If weather is an issue (i.e. winter snow), I will allow the guest(s) to park in my driveway. I also landscape the yard and remove snow from the walks. Metro rail is 1-2 miles to the VanDorn and Springfield Metros.... great walking paths and shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc. in walking distance.
