The space The property is located at the first floor with 3 bedrooms with three queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 dinning spaces, and a lively leaving room with 4 leather couches. The property also has a dedicated office space and an elliptical. The property is also located at the center of the Gulshan from where most of the Embassies including US and EU as well as Middle Eastern and Asian countries are within walking distances. The restaurants (Chimes, Japanese and oriental) and grocery stores including Dhali and Shapno) are also within walking distances. It has fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators and microwave and all new cooking and eating amenities. Guest access Guests will access through the main entrance of the building where guards and/or caretaker of the building will welcome the guests. He will give the key of the apartment and shows the spaces. Guests are required to provide copy of valid ID (passport or Government ID) of each person before check-in. Other things to note Cleaning fee will be $10/stay. Floor and bathroom cleaning and bed linen change will be every 3 days. If guest wants to change bed linen every day, extra charge is $2.00 per room. For additional cleaning for floor and bathroom, fee will be $2.00. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but guests are allowed to smoke at the balcony. Air condition should be turned off when guest leaves the apartment.
