Conveniently located near the Pictured Rocks Lakeshore and 5 min from Munising, our home offers the perfect setting for snowmobile/winter adventures and summer retreats. Inside, you'll find everything you'll need, from a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 75" smart TV, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, 1,500 square ft and essential toiletries. With the use of the garage you can park your vehicle and ORVs inside and pressure washer available for your ORV/SxS/Snowmobiles! Remote access to 1 garage door via APP. With 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, including 2 queens, 2 fulls and 1 twin bunk bed. No need to trailer your ATV/ORV or snowmobile, ride to trails from house summer or winter. Trails are .4 mile from our house. Parking area plowed for trucks and trailers all winter. Kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals and eat. Coffee and tea are located above the stove. A closet in bedroom has extra small appliances including blender, grill, popcorn popper, second toaster and additional coffee machines. Large Dinning Room Table for 6, Sofa, reclining chair & reclining love seats in the Living Space. Sheets, blankets & pillows provided for all beds. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provides. 2 window A/C units to get rid of some of the heat and humidity of the day, but no central A/C. Home will stay cool if the curtains are drawn during morning hours. Washer and dryer available also for use. Card table, chairs, boot dryer, fans for your use if needed. For those who crave cross-country skiing, the nearby trails, offering a tranquil and picturesque setting to ski. Valley Spur offers mountain bike trails that are groomed for winter riding as well as summer. Plus, you'll find yourself only 1.5 miles from Munising, where you can explore charming local shops, restaurants, and vibrant community events. After your outdoor adventures, unwind and gather around our firepit in our private backyard under the starry skies. You can also head out at night to look for "Yooperlites Rocks" along the Lake Superior shoreline. Munising is located 120 miles from Mackinaw Bridge. House is 1.5 miles outside of Munising and minutes from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Guest access Access to the house is provided via code to the mudroom door.
