San Jose, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite It is very near the famous Tagaytay Rotunda and beside Olivarez College Tagaytay. Distance from tourist spots (by private car): Fora Mall - 2 min (7 min walk) Tagaytay Picnic Grove - 10 min Sky Ranch - 10 min People's Park in the Sky - 17 min Twin Lakes - 26 min Also provided for your comfort: - Set of towels (depending on number of guests). - Toiletries (soap and shampoo). - Dishwashing soap. - Fresh sheets and duvet. - Mattress and/or sofa bed with fitted sheet for groups of more than 4 people. Single sofa bed (good for 1 person) will be provided for 5 person bookings. Double-sized mattress (good for 2 persons) will be provided for parties of 6. - Basic kitchen equipment: induction cooker, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric cooker, kettle, and refrigerator. - Lighted kitchenette working area. The light switch is located underneath the microwave area. - Complete tableware and cooking utensils and accessories. - Expandable dining table. - Air purifier and dehumidifier. - 43" Smart TV with a NETFLIX account. Guest access Registered guests may use the shared pool and roof deck. Parking on premises is available. Swimming Pool - FREE to use for guests staying at the property. - Located on the 3rd floor of the building. - Opens 9 AM and closes at 7 PM and is on a first come, first served basis. - Pool is closed for general cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays. - Pool users must dry themselves thoroughly before going out into the hallway and elevators. - Pool has no lifeguards on duty, please remember to always keep safe. Viewing Deck - Located on the 24th floor of the building. - Open from 6 AM to 7 PM. Stores and Restaurants - There is a 7/11 convenience store located at the roadside area of the property by exiting on the 3rd floor. - There are a few restaurants and stores operating inside the property after exiting on the 3rd floor and more nearby. Pay Parking Parking is available on the ground floor and 3rd floor of the building and is on a first come, first served basis. Parking is owned and managed by Cityland building admin. Parking fees: P60 per entry Monday to Thursday P80 per entry Friday to Sunday and holidays For parking exceeding 24 hrs since last entry, additional entry fee per day is charged upon exit. Other things to note * If you will be arriving in a private vehicle, you may park at the ground floor (left ramp) at the back of building along Olivares road in front of Tagaytay Executive Village. Alternatively, you may also park on the third floor of the property by entering through the arcade area along Tagaytay-Calamba Rd. A guard will assist you and collect payment for parking. * Register at the lobby upon arrival. Guests are required to present 1 valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. Registration may take up to 30 mins as the Cityland management needs to validate the guest list during registration. * Please expect longer waiting time during registration and use of elevators during weekends and holidays due to the high volume of guests. * Only REGISTERED GUESTS indicated in your booking are allowed to enter the unit.
