Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed/2 bath home located in the exclusive Gated Anthem Country Club! You will be greeted rushing waterfalls and lushly landscaped streets surrounded by gorgeous mountain views, parks and trails. Nearby Shopping, restaurants, golf, swimming, and so much more, we have it all! Our tranquil, well decorated home, sits on a premium private, oversized lot, providing that relaxing and quiet retreat you're looking for. Note: Country club membership is not included. Our home truly is a home away from home! You will find everything you need for a more than relaxing & comfortable stay. Our home features an open concept great room with an awesome split floorplan, offering privacy to both the master suite and second bedroom. Perfect for a solo traveler, couple or group of four. With clean, comfortable furnishings and modern decor, you will love retreating back home after a day of exploring. The spacious master suite features a comfortable, king size bed, private ensuite bathroom with double bowl vanity, walk-in shower, plenty of closet space, tv & blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The second bedroom located on the opposite side of the home, has a comfortable, queen-size bed, full bath located just outside the bedroom, TV, & large closet and room darkening shutters. Our large, backyard offers privacy with no homes behind and a large, open wash area on one side. Lots of seating, covered patio with tv, gas grill, firepit and open views will be sure to provide you the ultimate vacation experience! Note: The garage is not included, but there is a small storage shed for outside storage. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home & backyard, excluding the garage. All guests must park in the driveway. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed and will result in a fine. My Co-hosts are locally available if needed for emergencies or trouble accessing the property. Our home is located in the small town of Anthem, nestled in the quiet beauty of the high Sonoran desert foothills at the base of Daisy Mountain. Its convenient North Valley location is perfect for day trips to Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff & Grand Canyon while still being only 45 minutes north of downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Sky Harbor Airport. Take walks in our quiet neighborhood, the nearby Maricopa Trail, or our sprawling community park with waterfalls, trails, bridges, and catch & release ponds. Discover multiple smaller parks and paths within walking distance, with many more a short drive away. Although Anthem is a small town, it has many restaurants, a local outlet mall, and a full-sized open-air mall with the favorite restaurants just a few freeway exits south of town. Golf and Recreation Centers Information: Unfortunately, our country club courses, recreation centers, and Anthem Community Center are only available to residents. However, there are plenty of public golf courses in the area. Here are a few examples: • Dove Valley, Cave Creek • Rancho Manana, Cave Creek • The 500 Club at Adobe Dam Regional Park • The Legend at Arrowhead, Glendale • Grayhawk Golf Club Course, Scottsdale • Paradise Valley Golf Course, Phoenix • Stardust Golf Course, Sun City West • Stonecreek Golf Club, Phoenix There are many other ways to have fun in the area. So, settle into our comfortable home, enjoy the peace and quiet, then go out and explore this wonderful part of the world! Car is recommended. There is no public transportation, but Uber & Lyft are readily available. Short 5 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and community parks. Trails and smaller family parks are only a short walk away. This home is a gated community with a guard gate for added security and you can expect a quite, peaceful stay with little noise or interaction with the neighbors . Please note that the home is within a private country club. Although you are welcome to walk or ride within the gates, the club facility's are not available without a membership.
