Large bonus room. Nice screened in private pool. The pool is not heated. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home and the private pool. Pool and hot tub are not heated Other things to note The pool/spa are not heated so please plan accordingly. There is no access to the garage in the back. The beach is a private beach and guests are not permitted to use it. There is also no dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer on site located in the metal shed in the back. There is a small BBQ located on the concrete pad to the back of the property.
