In the living room, a Smart TV is seamlessly connected to high-speed 200 Mbps internet, offering ample entertainment options. Additionally, a landline phone is available for local calls, conveniently located in the living area. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a stove/oven, coffee maker, hot water boiler, refrigerator/freezer, as well as cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery, ensuring a seamless culinary experience. Furthermore, a washer/dryer unit is provided for added convenience. The complex comprises 6 towers, each equipped with elevators and emergency stairs, ensuring accessibility and safety for all residents and guests. Every item within the condo is brand new, guaranteeing a fresh and enjoyable stay. PLEASE NOTE: That smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty fee of P10,000 will be enforced for any violations of this policy. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool, gym, and the entire condo. Please note that the swimming pool is closed every Monday for cleaning. The tennis court is available for use by all tenants or guests, who can make bookings through the Administration located on the ground floor of Tower 1. Please be aware that there is a fee for using the tennis court.
