On the upper floor there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. On the entrance floor there is a toilet. The house is newly renovated throughout. The laundry room is in the basement. Even very small guests are welcome, if you need to borrow a crib, there is one, just say so. On the property there is a large terrace with both dining area and lounge area. If you want to barbecue, there is a charcoal grill available. On the property, in addition to a solid lawn for running and playing, there is also a sandbox, playhouse, swing and trampoline.
