Welcome to the Killarney House! This beautiful and spacious basement apartment is decorated with a little Irish style. You'll feel right at home in this cozy and bright getaway. The apartment was completely renovated with new carpet, lvp flooring, paint, and fiber internet. Killarney House, modern amenities with a touch of Irish style. Your stay includes access to the Disney+ streaming service, Nintendo Switch, and 2 dedicated parking spaces. Single night stays considered by request. The space Accessing the unit requires the use of stairs. The kitchen has no dishwasher and limited cooking utensils. It is best suited for small / simple meals. There is no air conditioning because the unit is in the basement and stays cool all summer long! Kids are welcome to play on the swing set and slide. Please note that Utah is expecting drought conditions during the 2026 summer months. That means the lawn may not be green or well groomed. Guest access The basement apartment, access to the swing set, and crossing our yard into Scotland to visit our lochness monster are all highly encouraged! Please ask if you want to use the deck leading to the upstairs unit. The outdoor grill is not included with the rental.
