The Hayloft Heart of Worcestershire
The Hayloft Heart of Worcestershire
Description
You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic beamed barn in a picturesque, semi rural setting. The Hayloft was originally part of Green Lane farm dating back to the 16th century and is part of a settlement of four barn conversions and the original farm house. It enjoys its own private access and gardens. Stratford Upon Avon, Malvern and Birmingham are all easily accessible. Redditch golf club, a large park and public footpaths are all on the doorstep. There are two pubs nearby both serving food. The space The Hayloft has 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, en suite bathroom and downstairs WC. The main living space is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. There are oak beams in all the rooms giving character and charm. From the living room patio doors open onto a wide patio with lawn and conifer hedges offering privacy and is exclusively for our guests to enjoy. Guest access You’ll have your own garden and patio to enjoy and there is a sweeping drive which overlooks fields. Across the lane is Morton Stanley Park which is large, has play equipment, woods and a cafe. Other things to note We live on a lane and two pubs are nearby within walking distance. As it’s rural and there are no footpaths wearing bright clothing and in times of darkness a torch should be used for safety. The pubs have car parks as indeed does the nearby park and Redditch Golf Club. We are bordering open countryside. You may see pheasants, rabbits, deer, partridge, owls, buzzards and possibly badgers. There is always something around and all cause us no problems (except for eating growing vegetables!) Please respect the wildlife, don’t corner any animal you encounter, just give them space to carry on their merry way. There are two horses in the field. We respectfully ask you not to feed the horses as they have particular dietary requirements, plus grass! Our nearby neighbours have chickens, a sheep and a couple of cows plus two dogs. The immediate neighbour’s have two children and a couple of cats plus a horse in their field.
