Located in serene & secure Mbezi Beach area, Dar-Luxe Villa is 5-10min drive to luxury beach hotels, local restaurants, boutiques & supermarkets, 30min to the city center & the famous Kariakoo market and 45min to JKNI Airport. This house is ideal for family retreat or business. The space Come stay with us in this elegant self catering duplex in serene surroundings. This is a perfect place to unwind after a long day at work (for those visiting for work reasons) or to chill with your family or friends for holiday. The compound houses 1 duplex with shared main gate. At Dar-Luxe Villa, you will find everything that you require for a perfect stay. You will have access to a full kitchen that has a manual washing machine, a fridge with freezer, a 4 plate cooker with oven, a kettle, a blender, a multi function electric cooking pot, a microwave, top notch cutleries, crockeries and much more. That is not all! - you will also have access to a kitchenet that has a table top cooker (this will come in handy for when you want to cook them spicy foods:)) - Please note that the main kitchen is in open plan, connected to dinning and living room spaces. For your entertainment, you have a big patio with a garden and a lounge where you can enjoy a book, board games etc, while indoors we have 2 lounges. On the ground floor you will have an elegant furnished living room with 65" HDTV with streaming services and a dinning space. On the fist floor you will have a small lounge with few chairs to relax in. The house has 3 ensuite bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6 people. - On the ground floor will find a bedroom with king bed, a dressing space, full wardrobe and working space. - On the first floor you will find a bedroom with 2 Qeen size beds, a dressing space, full wardrobe and working space. - The last bedroom is the Master Bedroom. This room has King bed, lounge chairs, a working space, a dressing space, a walk in closet and a balcony. All rooms have working table lamps, lamp shades, ACs, carpets and are nicely decorated with a touch of African arts. You will be provided with bed linens, towels and bar soap for bath. Please note that, all rooms do not have bathtubs. The house is secured with electric fence, outdoor security cameras and an alarm system. You will also have power back-up system (Invertor) - meaning you will enjoy seamless power supply (Note: the back-up does not support high voltage appliances such as Air Conditioner, electric cooker etc) You will have 24hrs Internet service with 30Mbps HSS that is accessible throughout the house and compound. Cleaning service will be every 3rd day (2 times a week). Additional days requirements available at a fee (starting from $10 a day). House Rules: (For comprehensive list, kindly check house rules section) - Check in 04:00PM. Check out 10:00AM (luggage drop off prior to check in time is allowed with prior agreement). - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - You will be receiving 50 electricity units per day (appx $10) - any extra you will require to top-up You are warmly welcome.
