The gated back deck has a hot tub, plenty of seating, a propane grill, & retractable side panels for added privacy. The deck opens into a large backyard with a firepit, yard games & hammocks! (Deck is covered April - mid Nov) Everything you need will be in the home - an 80-inch smart TV, foosball table, +2 TVs, games, & a washer/dryer! The space Sleeping: Bedroom 1: One queen bed - can sleep 2 Bedroom 2: One bunk-bed (twin on top, twin on bottom) - can sleep 2 Bedroom 3: One queen beed - can sleep 2 Bedroom 4: Two bunk-beds (twin on top, full on bottom) - can sleep 6 Open area: One queen pull-out couch - can sleep 2 Guest access The entire home, back deck, front porch, and entire backyard are open to guests. Please message us in advance if you’d like to request early check-in. 🚗 Parking Information (Please Read Before Booking): The property has on-site parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles due to a shared driveway and Village of Ellicottville regulations. The driveway cannot be blocked at any time. If your group will have more than 4 cars, additional vehicles must be parked at the free public parking lot located at 9 Mill Street. A parking diagram will be shared before check-in to ensure everything is clear.
