The space The place The house is fully equipped, has all the necessary accessories to make your stay very comfortable- POOL: 4 M X 7 M KITCHEN: Refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, freezer to chill your favorite drinks, juice extractor, air fryer, ideal for doing the grocery shopping and enjoying the whole day at home. There are 4 bedrooms for up to 16 people in the rooms which have the following: -Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds AND 1 bunk bed with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, 43" TV (smart TV), air conditioning, fan, NETFLIX and balcony overlooking the garden. - Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, 43" TV, IZZI, Netflix, fan, space to store your clothes, desk, lamp, bathroom. -Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds, 43" TV, A/C, fan, closet, NETFLIX, IZZI and 1 lamp, bathroom. -Master bedroom 4: 1 king-size bed and 1 armchair, 70-inch TV, A/C, fan, NETFLIX, IZZI, closet, 2 lamps, bathroom. LIVING ROOM: It has a 65" screen, NETFLIX, IZZI and a living room. DINING ROOM: with table and 8 chairs. TERRACE: living room, dining room with 6 chairs, Argentinian Asador with umbrella. GARDEN: 5 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas. Internet: We have Starlink satellite internet, so you don't miss internet at any time. You can go for a walk around the entire circuit within the fractionation the distances are very large so I recommend you to move by car, there is a small supermarket to buy what you lack but in cocoyoc there are supermarkets like Soriana, aurrera leaving the subdivision 10 minutes away is the oaxtepec market where there is very good food and cecina at great prices. More information: Getting around The subdivision is very large so I suggest arriving by car to Lomas de Cocoyoc, or if you come by bus you can take a taxi from the Oaxtepec terminal to the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision and give the address I will provide once booked. - The house is in perfect condition, as well as all its accessories, furniture, chairs, beds etc. we ask you to take care of them and very important not to move any large furniture like sofa, beds or armchairs and keep it in the same way as you are given. - You can play music in the pool area and inside the house, but at a moderate volume. It is an ideal house for relaxing and enjoying the weather and the pool. - Smoking is only allowed in open areas such as the terrace, pool area and garden. – We keep the house spotless for all our guests. We hope you take care of it and respect it as if it were your own. We ask that you leave the house at the end of your stay in the same condition as when you found it. - We are sorry, pets are not allowed. - Absolutely everything inside the house is the property of the house and must not be removed; otherwise, there will be a charge. - Very important Only Families!!!
