Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais. The space The house is equipped with a refurbished kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, extractor hood and refrigerator. Of course, a Nespresso machine and kettle are not missing, as well as all the attributes that make a wonderful evening of "home" cooking with all the delights from Burgundy possible. The dining area, originating from the old farm, has been refurbished and is located in a cozy room next to the kitchen. In the bathroom, you can take a lovely bath in the refurbished French sitting bath, or take a shower in the new shower cabin. The house can accommodate 4 people, and all rooms are on the ground floor. In the spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed, you will find a Smart TV on which you can stream your favorite programs. The second bedroom with double bed has 2 built-in closets and a cozy sitting area. Guest access The garden around the vacation home and around the adjacent farm, the home of the owners, is also accessible to you, the orchard where you can find cooling under one of the apple or pear trees is also freely accessible to our guests. A lovely swimming pool and sun terrace is available only to share with any guests of the adjacent Gîte. Other things to note The two Gites under 1 roof are completely independent homes. A fast charging point (120 kW) for electric cars can be found 1 minute away. Towels are available for rent for €5.00 per set of 2 towels, 1 small and 1 larger towel. We choose to do this to avoid unnecessary laundry and to keep our ecological footprint low.
