The Space: Unwind in style in our newly renovated PRIVATE 2-bedroom suite, boasting sleek, modern design and thoughtful touches throughout. The spacious living area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, while the fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. The living area is bathed in sunshine, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. Shared Spaces: The ground floor has two separate private suites. Please be aware that the other private suite may also be rented at the time of your stay. The entrance to your ground floor 2 bedroom suite is at the front of the home and the entrance to the other suite is at the back of the home. We request that you are respectful of guests in other suites and keep noise at a suitable level. The second and third level of the home are occupied by the Hosts. Please be aware that we have two younger children, even though we will try our very best to minimize the noise of our children, that it's not always possible with young children. Bedrooms: Indulge in restful nights on the plush mattress adorned with soft bedding, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to embrace the day's activities. This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with closet space. Each bedroom has one Queen size bed. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the dedicated suite, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, the living area, kitchen, and any outdoor spaces. Whether you prefer self-check-in or a warm welcome upon arrival, we're here to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the beach, indulge in local coffee shops and nearby restaurants, or soak up the sun on Crescent Beach. The Crescent Beach enclave will surely give you a village feel with restaurants and coffee shops being a short walk away. Visit Crescent Beach for a fun day on the seaside! Enjoy swimming, beach volleyball and scenic views from the pier and nature trails. The best beach access points are found on Beecher Street, Sullivan Street, and Target Street. At Sullivan Point, you will find spots to play beach volleyball and a large grassy area ideal for a blanket picnic. Enjoy two roped-off areas for swimmers of all ages. Lifeguards are on duty at Sullivan Point from Saturday, June 24 to Monday, September 4. The area is guarded from 11:00am to 8:30pm. Our personal family favorite is the abundance of walking and running trails in the area. Neighborhood Noise: Our neighborhood has a railroad track nearby, and trains run sporadically throughout the day and night, occasionally causing loud whistle noises. Getting Around: Conveniently located just 30 minutes from YVR airport getting to our beach retreat is a breeze. Once here, explore the area on foot or take advantage of public transportation options to discover all that Crescent Beach has to offer. Seasonal Activity: During the summer months, our neighborhood becomes quite busy as the beach is just steps away. This can sometimes lead to slight traffic congestion, especially around sunset.
