Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider. The space We have lots of pet chickens + ducks for entertainment + eggs. The birds like to graze right by the patio. You may see us tending to the birds. Fresh eggs are available upon request. Also, the driveway is a long dirt/gravel driveway. The parking is by our apple trees in the grass. It’s easy to find just follow the signs. Bed Sizes: One Full Double Bed, One Twin with a pull out Twin bed underneath. Sleeps 4 people in one extra-large room with a room divider (see pictures). This is private property and smoking Cannabis isn’t permitted. We just updated our internet so it is more reliable. We switched to Starlink and haven’t had any issues since. :) Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the yard, use the fire pit, and sit out on the dock. They have their own private patio space, separate from neighbors. The green house is not included at this time. The lake is not for swimming but has great views especially in the Fall.
