Cozy living room with working fireplace, couch, desk, armoire, seating and TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, washing machine and towel dryer, and an adjacent-separate WC. Entrance area with coat rack, shelving unit and small cupboard. Upstairs is an office and another small room, ideal for yoga or meditation, or music practice. Guest access You can use the whole house except for the attic. The garage will also be closed from guests. Other things to note A gateway to a tranquility, La Vallée and the Perche are only 2 hrs by car from Paris or less by train, with the Paris-Granville line train station is in L'Aigle 20 minutes by car. The national forest is across the main road from us, with a network of paths. The village of Soligny la Trappe or the Abbaye la Trappe are a few minutes from La Vallée by car, and a 15-20 minute walk on the forest paths. Soligny has a Proxi, very good butcher and baker, a bar, church, hairdresser. And nearby Moulins la Marche has an outstanding baker, too. Tourouvre is close by with supermarket, restaurants and other services plus and a great Friday market. Mortagne au Perche city of charm with restaurants, boutiques, antique stores and a Saturday green market is 15-20 minutes by car. Nearby Leisure and Visits --Children and parents love the nearby leisure park.. With lifeguard in summer, kids can swim and paddle in July and August ( but sorry no swimming in May-June). There are 2 water slides (1 straight of 15 m and 1 turning of 25 m), boats, water pedals, games for children, bowling green and 18-hole mini-golf, canoes, kayaks, paddle.
