You can also find us on our FB page: Meshach Studio 🤍 The space Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards (self-check-in) Check-Out: 12:00 NN (Message & ask us about our early check-in/out options) Our studio is located at Mesaverte Residences, Osmeña Extension Street, CDO. It's perfect for 2-3 guests, but can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The space features a comfortable full-sized bed and a semi-double foam mattress for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s situated on the 3rd floor of Tower 1, offering a lovely view of the pool. It's also close to the amenities, including the swimming pool, kids' playground, and fitness gym. 🪻 Nearby Areas: We're also located near several airport shuttle terminals, giving you easy access to Cagayan de Oro's major attractions. Within walking distance, you'll find shopping malls such as SM CDO Downtown Premier, Centrio Ayala Mall, Gaisano Mall and Limketkai Mall. You'll also be close to modern institutions like Capitol University, USTP, and Xavier University. Plus, with 7-Eleven stores on both entrances, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. 🐢 Transportation: Mesaverte Residences is situated near a busy transportation hub, with plenty of taxis, tricycles, and jeepneys passing by just outside its gates. 🐾 Pet-Friendly: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! Our studio allows one (1) small pet under 10kg. 🌞 Mesaverte Amenities & Facilities Guide: Guest access ▪️Adults & Kids Swimming Pool: • FREE for up to 2 guests ONLY. • In Excess: ₱200 (☀️ use); ₱300 (🌚 use) per HEAD. • OPEN (Tuesday - Sunday) at 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM • CLOSED (every Monday for maintenance) ▪️Fitness Gym: • ₱100 per guest (1 guest per unit only) • OPEN (everyday) at 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM ▪️Basketball Court: • OPEN (everyday) for guests at 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM • ₱200/hour (2:00 PM - 5:30 PM) • ₱350/hour (5:31 PM - 8:00 PM) ▪️Overnight Parking (inside premises): • ₱350 per night (12:00 NN - 12:00 NN) • Parking slots inside the condo are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if all parking slots are taken during your stay, we will provide alternative parking options and reimburse you for any parking fees incurred. • Paid Parking will only be non-refundable if it has already been booked. ▪️Free Common Parking: • Good for 3 hours only (Conveniently for visitors) • Parking outside the designated hours will incur a penalty fee of ₱500, as per condo policy. Please be aware that our admin is strict on this, and we recommend adhering to the common parking schedule. ▪️Paid Parking Lot (outside premises): • There is also a paid parking lot (not owned by Mesaverte Residences) outside the premises, conveniently located in front of the Corrales extension entrance (the back entrance), at ₱100 per night. Just a heads up, you will have to walk a few minutes from the condo to this parking lot. Note: ▪️For Swimming Pool & Fitness Gym Fees • Payments can be made directly at the Mesaverte Office. ▪️For Basketball court & Parking Fees (Inside premises) • Prior arrangement is required. • Notify us in advance if you wish to avail the above-mentioned amenities/facilities. Other things to note ••• Please note that upon booking, we require a security deposit of ₱500 to cover any potential damages or losses to the property. This fee will be fully refunded upon checkout, provided that the property is returned in the same condition as it was received, and there are no outstanding issues, misinformation or discrepancies.
